Megha Robbery In Kaleshwaram: Sensational Facts In Vigilance Investigation
Hyderabad, Jan 23 (Maxim News): The Vigilance and Enforcement Department has prepared a sensational report in which a megha robbery has taken place in the construction of Kaleshwaram project. There has been corruption of thousands of crores.

All the contractors who were part of the construction of the Kaleshwaram project were found guilty. It is known that the state government has recently ordered a vigilance inquiry against Kaleswaram. As part of this, the head office of the Irrigation Department in Hyderabad has carried out inspections at the Jhal Saudha as well as the department offices in the districts and Kaleswaram project offices. In this connection, many important files were seized.
Later, a team headed by DG Vigilance visited Medigadda, Annaram, Sundilla barrages and Lakshmi pump houses which are part of Kaleswaram project at the field level. The authorities have compiled all these and prepared a report.

The Vigilance department found that there was a large-scale scam in the construction of Medigadda barrage. According to the report, public money of Rs. 3200 crore was wasted for this purpose. Officials have concluded that 11 pillars have been damaged in Medigadda barrage. It seems that the report revealed that the barrage has been repaired but there is no guarantee. It is reported that the Medigadda barrage was designed without estimating the flood rise. It is reported that the officials have concluded that everything from the location, design, construction, quality and maintenance of Medigadda barrage is a mess.
Also, the vigilance team stated in the report that there were huge irregularities in the Lakshmi pump house. It is known that all the motors in the pump house were submerged in the recent floods. But it is reported that the officials are working to submit the interim report on all these to the Chief Minister Revanth Reddy govenrment within a week. (Maxim News)
