Michael Rubin Slams Pakistan Army Chief Asim Munir Over Nuclear Threats
Washington/Internet/Hyderabad, Aug 12 (Maxim News): Former Pentagon official Michael Rubin has strongly condemned Pakistan Army Chief Asim Munir’s comments that Pakistan is a nuclear-armed state that, if the existence of their country is threatened, they will take half the world with them. He made a hot comment that Asim Munir, who made nuclear threats from American soil, should be immediately expelled from the US. He described Asim Munir as Osama Bin Laden in a suit.
He criticised Pakistan as a deceitful country. He said that Munir’s nuclear weapons warnings were unacceptable. He expressed anger that he was making statements similar to those of Pakistan’s ISI and al-Qaeda founder Osama bin Laden. He said that the comments of the Pakistan Army Chief raise doubts about whether Pakistan can fulfill the responsibilities of a country.
Asim Munir’s comments are exactly like those of Islamic countries. He demanded that Pakistan, which has made nuclear threats, be stripped of its on-NATO major ally and be declared a state sponsor of terrorism. He demanded that Pakistan’s army chief be declared persona non grata and that he be barred from obtaining US visas. He said that Americans view terrorism with resentment and do not understand the ideological basis of many terrorists.
During his visit to the US, Pakistan Army Chief Asim Munir made sensational remarks at a meeting with US military officials in Tampa, Florida. He launched a provocative action against India from American soil. He said that Pakistan is a nuclear-armed country and that if India threatens our country’s existence, we will take half the world with us.
Munir’s comments, which threatened to wage a nuclear war with America as a witness, are being heavily criticized. Countries like India are under fire that Pakistan will be provoked by America’s support. India has given a strong counter, saying that it will not be afraid of Pakistan’s nuclear threats.
