Modi’s Sensational Comments In The Lok Sabha On Telangana Formation 

Delhi/Hyderabad, Sept 18 (Maxim News): Prime Minister Narendra Modi reiterated once again that the division of Andhra Pradesh was not done properly. 

Modi made these remarks while addressing a farewell function at the Parliament Special Building.  He said that the formation of Telangana took place in this Parliament building.  But this division of Andhra Pradesh state is not like the division of Uttarakhand, Chhattisgarh, and Jharkhand.  He said that the division of these three states was planned during the late Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee‘s regime.   

Moreover, he commented that the division of the three states satisfied all the communities, and celebrations were held everywhere. But the division of Andhra Pradesh was done with great effort.  Both Andhra and Telangana communities could not be satisfied, he expressed. Modi revealed that Telangana could not celebrate even after the new state came.

TERRORIST ATTACK ON PARLIAMENT IN 2001 WILL NEVER FORGET   

Modi said that the country will never forget the 2001 terrorist attack on Parliament.  It was emotional that I can still hear the sound of the bullets that were fired to save every member of Parliament.   At this time of bidding farewell to the old Parliament building, they want to remember the services of journalists.  Modi reminded that even when technology was not available, they worked to make the Parliament meetings available to the people.  Journalists covered the development of the country through this Parliament.  (Maxim News)
