Hyderabad, April 7 (Maxim News): Congress party MP Komatireddy Venkat Reddy came down heavily chief minister KCR by alleging latter was not taking any steps to solve problems faced by people of state. He expressed his anger over the attitude of the state government towards the people of the state.
He wrote an open letter to the CM on the issue. In his letter, he said that he was forced to write the letter after seeing the hunger cries of the poor people of the state. He asked the CM to feed the people of the state for two times a day instead of spending hours together holding press meets. He said that the poor people of the state were in an helpless situation as they did not have work to feed themselves. He also said that the poor families were spending hunger filled lives since the last 15 days in their houses and added that they also did not have money to buy the essential commodities.
He advised the CM to not make tall statements that he was ready to spend crores of rupees for the prevention of the corona virus in the state and asked him to feed the poor people of the state. He demanded the CM to immediately release Rs.1500 promised by the CM and provide 12 kgs of free rice to all the beneficiaries of white ration cards. Citing that there are hundreds of people in the villages without white ration cards, he asked the CM to also provide 12 kgs of free rice and Rs.1500 to all such families. He alleged that the CM had announced the lockdown as he was not capable of protecting the lives of the people of the state. He also alleged that the CM had turned the revenue surplus state into a debt ridden state. He advised the CM to not test the patience of the people of the state.
Reddy also demanded the CM to come to the rescue of mango and orange farmers of the state. He said that the state government should buy the mango and orange fruits and instill confidence among those farmers. (Maxim News)
