Hyderabad: Former MLC and Telangana Jagruti president Kavitha made a sensational announcement on the upcoming MPTC and ZPTC elections in Telangana. She said Telangana Jagruti candidates will enter the fray in the MPTC and ZPTC elections. However, she added that she cannot reveal which symbol they will contest on at present. Meanwhile, in Gadwal, Forward Bloc candidates who won the Vaddepalli Municipality are reportedly preparing to join the Congress. This development has added to the uncertainty.
Therefore, Telangana Jagruti has not yet clarified whether it will contest on the All India Forward Bloc’s lion symbol or field candidates as independents in the MPTC and ZPTC elections.
