Mughalpura Police Withdrew Case Registered Against Amit Shah

Hyderabad, July 6 (Maxim News): Mughalpura police under Charminar on Saturday withdrew the case registered against Union Home Minister Amit Shah for violating the election code during the election campaign. The police explained that this decision was taken because there was no deliberate violation of the code.

On May 1, Amit Shah campaigned in support of Hyderabad BJP MP candidate Madhavi Lata in the old city. while Madhavi Lata was speaking in a meeting organized on this occasion, two girls came on stage.

When Amit Shah beckoned the girls to come to him, the girls went to Shah.  A banner in the hand of a child has a lotus flower sign.  Two other children holding placards saying “App ki baar 400 paar”.

videos and photos related to this have gone viral on social media.  Congress Party PCC Vice President G. Niranjan complained to the EC against the BJP leaders for violating the election rules.  After examining this, the EC issued orders to the Hyderabad Police Commissioner to conduct an investigation.  The police have registered a case under Section 188 IPC at Mughalpura PS.  A case has been registered against A1 – Yaman Singh, A2- Hyderabad Parliament candidate Madhavi Lata, A3 – Union Home Minister Amit Shah, A4 State BJP President G. Kishan Reddy, A5- MLA Raja Singh, and many others.  Recently this case was dismissed.  (Maxim News)
