According to the arguments of Ailamma’s lawyer that her husband’s body had serious injuries, the High Court issued fresh orders. The court ordered the handover of the bodies of other Maoists who died in the encounter if requested by the family members.  The case was adjourned for further hearing on Thursday.  Meanwhile, it is known that seven Maoists were killed at the counter at Chalapaka in Eturunagaram on Sunday.

However, the family members and the civil rights groups approached the High Court as they had doubts about the death of the Maoists.  On the orders of the High Court, the police kept the bodies of the Maoists in the Kakatiya Medical College (KMC) mortuary. After the order given by the court on Tuesday, the bodies of the Maoists except Madhu’s body will be handed over to the family members.  (Maxim News)
