Moreover, the MyCURE App promotes transparency and accountability in municipal administration. Officials stated that the application aligns with broader urban governance reforms under the CURE framework. The focus remains on responsive service delivery and digital efficiency.

Civic Grievance Redressal and Real Time Tracking

Residents can use the MyCURE App to lodge complaints on sanitation, streetlights, roads, drainage, town planning, and other civic issues. Meanwhile, users can also track the status of their grievances in real time. This feature aims to reduce delays and improve communication.

According to GHMC authorities, the platform strengthens backend monitoring. It integrates field level workflows with supervisory oversight. As a result, departments can reduce response time and improve coordination. The system also supports data driven decision making through centralised dashboards. This helps in performance evaluation and monitoring.

The civic body described the MyCURE App as a “one-stop digital solution” that consolidates citizen services into a seamless experience. It eliminates the need for multiple platforms or physical visits to municipal offices. Therefore, residents can access services more easily.

GHMC has encouraged citizens to download the MyCURE App and actively register civic issues. The application is now available on Android through the Google Play Store and on Apple iOS through the App Store. With this launch, GHMC aims to make grievance redressal faster, transparent, and more efficient across Hyderabad.
