Naveen Yadav Has Joined The Congress

Hyderabad: V Naveen Yadav, who recently tendered his resignation from the AIMIM, is poised to make a significant political move by joining the Congress.

Faced with disappointment after being denied a ticket for the upcoming Assembly polls by AIMIM, Naveen took matters into his own hands by filing his nomination as an independent candidate for the Jubilee Hills constituency.

Despite prior assurances of a ticket in the current elections, AIMIM opted for Mohd Rasheed Faraz, the Shaikpet corporator, leaving Naveen aggrieved.

Expressing his discontent, Naveen decided to sever ties with AIMIM, a party he had faithfully represented as a candidate in 2014, and later as an independent candidate in 2018.

Naveen Yadav, hailing from a politically influential background as the son of Chinna Srisailam Yadav, who was the chairman of Kompally municipality and closely associated with AIMIM, wields considerable influence in the Jubilee Hills constituency.

Naveen Yadav Has Joined The Congress

With ongoing communications between Congress leaders and Naveen Yadav, the party is actively working to convince him to retract his independent candidacy and throw his support behind them in the upcoming elections.

Reliable sources indicate that Naveen has engaged in discussions with Congress candidate Mohd Azharuddin, along with other key leaders of the party. A consensus is likely to be reached, and Naveen’s decision is anticipated to be formally announced later in the day.
