Night Curfew in Telangana Extended Till May 15
This is the second extension of night curfew since its implementation following rise in Covid cases in the State
Hyderabad: The Telangana State government has extended night curfew for seven more days up to 5 am on May 15, according to Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar here on Friday.
The Chief Secretary directed the District Collectors, Police Commissioners and District Superintendents of Police to strictly implement the orders.
The night curfew, in force from 9 pm to 5 am, was first imposed on April 20. This is the second extension of night curfew since its implementation following rise in Covid cases in the State.
All commercial establishments, offices, restaurants will close at 8pm except hospitals, diagnostic labs, pharmacies and those dealing with supply of essential services.
