No Direct Benefit To Rice Taken From Ration Shops: Minister
Hyderabad, Sept.20 (Maxim News): Civil Supplies Minister G Kamalakar today informed the House that the State government will not provide direct benefit to rice being taken through ration shops. There was no plan to provide direct benefit to ration rice in the State, he said in the House during budget session. Ration rice distribution program was being implemented perfectly in the State, the minister claimed.
Kamalakar also said 2.66 crore persons were getting benefited through ration rice in the State abd there was no change of policy to provide ration stocks in multiple times. The ration dealers have to take stocks at a time and not in multiple times, he added. (Maxim News)
