No Response To Open Tender Of Jahangir Peer Dargah, May Make Alternate Arrangement

Hyderabad: Telangana State Waqf Board, Chairman, Mohd. Masiullah Khan has informed us that the open tender which was opened today for the Jahangir Peer Dargah did not get any response from the contractor.

Speaking to press persons, the Wakf Board Chairman said that the tender timing was fixed from 1.00 pm to 3.00 pm today during this period no one has applied, though application forms have been received. The tender value was Rs. 2.80 crores at the same value given last year. He said, last year also no one applied, but the Management of Dargah which is under the Wakf Board, it would be their responsibility to make alternate arrangements. The alternative arrangements will have the option of giving the tender to the existing contractors or giving to some others who approach them or calling for a fresh tender. However, he said the decision will be taken after the discussion in the Wakf Board. (Maxim News)
