None will believe BJP in State: Manda Krishna

Hyderabad, July 3 (Maxim News): MRPS founder-president Manda Krishna Madiga today took out a peace rally demanding that the BJP government at the Centre to make an affirmative statement on the issue of categorisation of SC community. The rally was taken from the office of the MRPS in Parsigutta to Indira Park in Secunderabad.

Speaking on the occasion, Manda Krishna demanded that Union minister G. Kishan Reddy, Rajya Sabha MP Dr K. Laxman and State BJP president Bandi Sanjay Kumar take up the responsibility for the categorisation of the SC community. He also asked them to recall the promises made by them in the past on the same issue. He warned that the top leaders of the BJP from the State should own responsibility for the consequences that would take place if the categorisation of the SCs was not done.

Manda Krishna made it clear that they have given a call to hold peaceful and democratic agitations across the State for fulfilment of their demands. He warned that they would retaliate in 100 forms if their peaceful protests were suppressed.

Manda Krishna alleged that the BJP leaders had forgotten about them by not taking any concrete decision on the categorisation of the SCs and added that the BJP leaders, who are ensuring the passage of all bills in Parliament, were not able to do so on the issue of SC categorisation. He said they would teach a befitting lesson to those leaders, who try to cheat the Madiga community in the State. He also said Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who promised to get the bill related to the SC categorisation passed in 2014 failed to do so even after eight years. He said none would believe the BJP in the State if it did not make clear statement on the SC categorisation issue. (Maxim News)
