Once heroine of star heroes, now selling soaps

Chennai, June 17: She acted with several super heroes and acted in more than 200 movies as character artist and other roles. Also she is the daughter of a senior actress.

With this background, everyone thinks she must be enjoying her life. But the sad fact is that she even couldn’t afford three meal a day. She is selling soaps to make ends.

This actress is Aishwarya Bhaskaran, daughter of senior heroine Lakshmi. She entered film industry as the daughter of Lakshmi. Later on she gained recognition with her acting talent. She entered Tollywood in 1989 with ‘Abhimanyu’ movie and acted in Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada also. She acted along with famous hero Mohanlal and others.

After losing heroine roles, Aishwarya took small roles in some movies and acted in TV serials also. Now without any movie offers, she turned a sales girl.

In a recent interview to a Youtube channel, Aishwarya said that she has neither roles nor money. ‘Also, I don’t have any loans. I am selling soaps. My only daughter got married and settled in life. I wont hesitate to do any job.’

She even told the interviewer that she will do work if they give a job in their office. Even ready to clean toilets, she said.

The actress said she left the industry after marriage. She said that she is proud to be independent and needs a mega serial offer to settle financially.
