Hyderabad, January 10: GHMC Commissioner Ronald Rose revealed that every application received during public administration is being entered online. On Wednesday, the commissioner inspected the data entry centers of the applications related to Secunderabad circles at Begumpet, Secunderabad zonal office.

On this occasion, the Commissioner asked the Data Entry Operators how much time it takes to enter the data of each application. It was explained to the commissioner that it takes 10 to 15 minutes to register the applications with more family members and less time to enter Aadhaar name details with less family members. Rs. The operators explained to the commissioner that data entry of 70 to 80 applications is being done during an 8-hour shift.

The commissioner asked that the data should be entered without misspelling the letter. On this occasion, Commissioner Ronald Rose said that a total of 24 lakh 74 thousand 325 applications have been received in the public administration program. Commissioner Ronald Rose said that there are more than 19 lakh applications for insurance related to 5 guarantees, while the remaining 5.73 lakh applications are due to ration card and other issues. Out of that, data entry of 6.50 lakh applications has been completed so far.

It has been explained that data entry is being done circle wise to complete the data entry within the time frame prescribed by the government. A total of 635 data centers will be set up and data entry will be done with 5000 people. He said that there are only around 300 people working as data entry operator in GHMC. Data entry of applications is done through your private agency. Private agency provides computers, data and computer operators. All other data entry is done only under the supervision of GHMC officials. He said that a team leader has been given responsibility for each data center.

He said that it was ordered to move the applications as per SOP. However, some complaints have been received and action will be taken against the negligent officials, he said. The agency related to Hayat Nagar Circle said that disciplinary action has been taken against the team leader who neglected to follow the standard of procedure in the event that they fell on the road when they were being shifted to a center located elsewhere. Moreover, it was explained that a show cause notice was given to the concerned team leader when there were allegations that they were being taken home from the Kutbullapur circle office to the data center set up in the ward office. He said that all the applications are there so that no one should have any concern in this matter.
