Pawan Welcomes Govt Decision To Handing Over Case To CBI

Mangalagiri, Feb.19 (Maxim News): AP State government’s decision to hand over case of Sugali Preethi, a child, who was sexually assaulted and killed was welcomed. The decision taken by the Jagan Reddy’s government brought relief to the victim’s family.

After the tragic incident, several lakhs of people raised their voice in Kurnool town demanding stern action against the culprits, who sexually assaulted the little girl and killed her while she was going to school. The case was delayed in providing justice to the victim’s family. The process of providing justice through CBI probe has to be hastened.

“I appreciate Janasena leaders, Jana Sainiks and people’s associations, which supported the family of Sugali Preethi till the government yielded to their demand”, Pawan Kalyan said. (Maxim News)
