Perform Tests On MP Raghu Rama Krishna Raju: SC
Hyderabad, May 17 (Maxim News): The Supreme Court of India today asked the doctors of Secunderabad based army hospital to perform tests on YSRCP MP K. Raghu Rama Krishna Raju. It constituted a three member committee comprising of the Doctors of the army hospital for the purpose. It further asked the doctors to video-graph the entire testing process and submit the report to it in a sealed cover.
The court further asked the doctors to Perform the medical tests on Raju in the presence of a judicial officer. It said that the Telangana High Court to appoint the judicial officer for the purpose. It said that the period which would be taken for the performance of the medical tests as judicial custody of Raju.
It said that the Chief Secretary of Andhra Pradesh should also follow its orders. It later adjourned the matter to the 21st of this month. The authorities concerned are now planning to shift Raju to the army hospital following the orders of the Supreme Court of India. (Maxim News)
