State BJP president Dilip Jaiswal announced on Sunday that the Prime Minister will address four major rallies by the end of October as part of the party’s campaign strategy.

The campaign will begin with a rally in Samastipur, followed by another in Begusarai later the same day. “The Prime Minister, who is among the world’s most influential leaders, will visit Karpoori Gram, the birthplace of Bharat Ratna Karpoori Thakur, in Samastipur district to pay tribute to the former Bihar Chief Minister before addressing his first rally,” Jaiswal said.

In the afternoon, Modi will hold his second rally in Begusarai, a politically significant region for the BJP. He will return to Bihar on October 30 to address rallies in Muzaffarpur and Chhapra, key urban centres that also influence the surrounding rural constituencies.

According to Jaiswal, additional rallies are planned for November 2, 3, 6, and 7, with further details to be announced soon.

The Bihar Assembly elections will take place in two phases — voting for 121 constituencies is scheduled on November 6, while the remaining 122 seats will go to polls on November 11.

Political observers believe that Modi’s upcoming rallies aim to energize the BJP’s voter base, reach first-time voters, and strengthen the party’s presence in rural and semi-urban areas of Bihar, where electoral contests have traditionally been close.
