PM to inaugurate World Geospatial Congress in city on Oct. 11
Hyderabad, Oct.3 (NSS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be coming here on October 11 to inaugurate the World Geospatial Congress at HICC. The event is being jointly organized by the United Nations Organisation (UNO) and the Union government.
The Prime Minister’s visit to the city has assumed importance in the wake of the decision of the TRS president and Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao to announce his national political party. The conference will be organized for four days from October 10 to 14. It is not yet confirmed whether Narendra Modi also take part in any party-related program during his visit to the State.
Modi last visited the State in July this year and stayed in the city for two days and took part in the national executive meeting of the BJP. The Prime Minister also addressed a public meeting held at Parade Grounds in the city. He, however, did not utter a single word against CM KCR in his public address surprising his own party leaders from the State. (NSS)
