Police Arrested Habitual Women Offender: Seized Gold Ornaments Worth Rs. 1.80 Lakhs
Hyderabad, Mar 1 (Maxim News): On credible information, the Bahadurpura Police has apprehended suspect lady Zaheda Begum aged about 40 years who were moving in a suspicious manner near Gulzar House, Charminar along with the stolen property, she was brought to Police Station, on interrogation she confession of committing an offense. The arrested accused person was produced before the Hon’ble court and he was remanded to judicial custody.
The police have recovered 1) Two Gold Chains wg about 26 Grams 2) Five Pairs of Gold Earrings wg about 21 Grams 3) Two Pairs of Children’s Gold Ear Tops wg about 5 Grams 4) Four Gold Finger Rings wg about 9 Grams 5) One Pair Gold Sarasari wg about 5 Grams All weighing about 66 Grams worth Rs. 1.80 lahks.
On February 16 the Bahadurpura Police received a complaint from Asma Begum of Bahadurpura stating that on February 12 at around 19 hours they have arranged (Jiyarath) due to the death of her father-in-law, as such family members are busy serving food to their relatives, after completion of function she surprised to see that Gold ornaments are missing from Almirah. She suspected one lady Zaheda Begum who came to (Jiyarath) without intimation. accordingly, the case was registered and took up an investigation.
The case has been investigated by M.karunakar, sub-Inspector of Police, under the guidance of M. Raju Addl Inspector of Police, and A.sudhakar Inspector of Police Bahadurpura PS under the supervision of Asst. Commissioner of Police Falaknuma division. (Maxim News)
