Police Inspector Transfers | Hyderabad, Feb. 16: A key administrative development has taken place in the police department for better governance.

The Hyderabad City Police Commissionerate has transferred 63 Police Inspectors.

City Police Commissioner CP Sajjanar issued official orders following the decision taken at the Police Establishment Board meeting held on February 14. The transfer orders were released on Sunday night.

Several transferred officers have been appointed as Station House Officers in important police stations. Meanwhile, some have been shifted to Special Branch, Traffic and Crime wings.

T. Ram Babu has been transferred from Special Branch and posted as Charminar SHO. U. Srinivasulu Reddy has been moved from Saifabad SHO to Jubilee Hills SHO.

A. Seethaiah has been shifted from Falaknuma SHO to Saifabad SHO. Similarly, S. Koteshwar Rao has been transferred from Asif Nagar Traffic to Chatrinaka SHO.

N. Mohan Rao has been moved from Chatrinaka Traffic to Afzalgunj SHO.

In addition, several Inspectors who were in waiting have been given postings in the Special Branch. Among them are K. Srinivasulu, K. Adi Reddy, K. Chandrasekhar and CH. Parashuram.

Moreover, K. Narayana Reddy and U. Chandrasekhar have been transferred to the Cyber Crimes wing.

The Commissioner has also assigned specific responsibilities. T. Vamshi Krishna Rao has been given charge of the SHE Team.

Meanwhile, Palle Padma has been appointed to head the Bharosa Centre.

The Commissioner directed that all transferred officers be relieved immediately. He instructed them to report to their new postings without delay.

Furthermore, he ordered senior officials concerned to implement the transfers at once and submit a compliance report.

These transfers are seen as part of administrative restructuring aimed at improving efficiency within the Hyderabad City Police Commissionerate.
