Ponnala Laxmaiah slams TRS, BJP
Hyderabad, Oct.25 (NSS): Former PCC president Ponnala Laxmaiah today came down heavily on rival TRS and BJP and alleged that the two parties were inducing voters with liquor and money to get their votes in the upcoming by-election. He asked the two parties’ leaders as to want they did for the development of the State and the country in their last eight year rule?
He said there was a need for Narendra Modi and KCR to learn lessons from the political developments in Britain. He told the two leaders that the people of the State and the country would revolt against them. He said the political developments in Britain was a slap on the face of the politicians of the State and the country.
Commenting on the election of party leader Mallikarjun Kharge as next national president of the party, Ponnala Laxmaiah said no political party of the country held such an election like the Congress party. He said he was going to attend the charge taking ceremony of Kharge in the national capital on Wednesday. (NSS)
