YFLO Hyderabad’s Vision for the year is ‘Knowledge is Power’
Speaking about her vision, Prathibha Kunda, emphasised FLO Hyderabad’s commitment to skilling, digital inclusion, and cultural revival—all guided by the Pancha Tatva philosophy.
“Our focus this year is on empowering women with the tools, skills, and networks needed to thrive in today’s world. Guided by FLO’s mission – ‘Power to Empower,’ our journey is inspired by Pancha Tatva, where we are driving impact through skilling, cultural revival, and digital independence, creating diverse opportunities for women across sectors.”
Under her leadership, FLO Hyderabad will drive impactful initiatives focused on skilling, cultural, revival, and strategic collaborations. Comprehensive training programs will equip women at the grassroots level and students with vocational, financial, and digital skills, enhancing employability. The FLO Centre of Excellence will host industry-led workshops and expert sessions to prepare members for emerging sectors.
A key initiative this year will be the revival of the 4,000-year-old Dokra metal casting craft from Adilabad, supporting artisans through awareness, design intervention, and market linkages. Strengthening partnerships with the Government of Telangana and corporate stakeholders, FLO aims to scale its initiatives, ensuring long-term, sustainable impact.
“Empowerment is not just a vision; it’s a commitment to action. From skills development to economic opportunities, we are building initiatives that uplift women across all sectors,” added Prathibha.
Pallavi Jain, taking over from Ridhi Jain, highlighted her focus on empowering young women
through knowledge-driven initiatives.
“Empowering women isn’t just the right thing to do, it’s the smart thing to do. When women thrive, everyone thrives,” said Pallavi.
Her key initiatives include educational programs, industry interactions, and leadership development sessions that equip young women with the tools to succeed in business and entrepreneurship.
“Our vision for the year is to create a lasting impact through education, skill-building, and cultural preservation—ensuring that every woman, whether in business or the creative arts, finds a platform for growth,” Prathibha Kunda said.
