Producer Karan Johar not entering web world just yet

Following in the heels of digital entertainment channels like TVF, established film and production houses have ventured into the web world to exploit of the growing popularity of the Internet.

While Yash Raj Films was one of the first to launch a series of big budget web shows under their online banner, Y Films, TV czarina Ekta Kapoor, though being a new entrant in the space, has attracted eyeballs after announcing her first show, which will pair small screen’s celebrated jodi, Ram Kapoor and Sakshi Tanwar.

However, unwilling to join the bandwagon to establish an online presence is Karan Johar, who believes that web shows are “not for me, yet.”
