Responding, the bench directed the Speaker’s office to provide copies of the judgment orders to the petitioners. It ordered that the complete record be provided within four days. Among the 10 BRS MLAs, Danam Nagender, who was elected from Khairatabad, contested from the Secunderabad Lok Sabha constituency on a Congress party ticket and lost. Station Ghanpur MLA Kadiyam Srihari campaigned for the victory of his daughter, who got the Congress MP ticket. The remaining 8 BRS MLAs wore Congress scarves in the presence of the Chief Minister. The Speaker ruled that there was no evidence that these ten BRS MLAs had defected to the Congress. It is reported that BRS is planning to conduct a judicial review and challenge it in the High Court upon receiving the copies of this judgment. (Maxim News)
