Rachakonda Police Detains A Notorious House Burglar
Hyderabad, 21 March(Maxim News): In ongoing drive against offenders to create safe and security to the public for safe guard of their jewelry and to preserve public order in Rachakonda Police Commissionerate, the Commissioner of Police, Rachakonda has detained a notorious Property offender who has committed as many as (18) cases of Property offences like House burglaries, thefts, in the limits of Rachakonda Commissionerate and Hyderabad City since 2017 so far. Of which, he committed (07) offences of House Burglaries, (08) offences of Ordinary thefts within a span of six months and his unlawful activities are prejudicial to the maintenance of public order.
He was earlier convicted in a couple of Property offences of PS Panjagutta and sentenced to go SI for 6 months and detained under PD Act by the Hyderabad City Police in 2015. Soon after coming out of the Prison, he continued to indulge in similar offences and again committed (18) House burglaries/ Ordinary thefts in the Limits of Rachakonda and Hyderabad City Commissionerates since 2017 so far. He was originally hailed from West Bengal state and came down to Hyderabad in 2000 for his livelihood. He started committing House burglaries to make a quick-buck and to meet his lavish expenses. He was earlier arrested by Narayanaguda, Panjagutta Police of Hyderabad City.
The Kushaiguda Police arrested him on 05-02-2018 in Cr. No: 39/2018 U/Sec: 457,
380 IPC of Kushaiguda PS since his finger prints were tallied after the examination of Finger Print Unit and lodged in Central Prison Cherlpally. During confession statement recorded by the Kushaiguda Police, he confessed to have committed (17) more offences in the Limits of Rachakonda and Hyderabad City.
The Kushaiguda Police seized 34 tolas Gold jewelry,, 10 tolas Silver Ornaments and (12) Cell phones total W/rs 11,65,000/- from the Possession of accused.
Hence, Preventive Detention orders are invoked against the Accused Shaik Jamsheed @ Jammi by the Commissioner of Police, Rachakonda Mahesh M.Bhagwat, I.P.S., Commissioner of Police, Rachakonda, as a part of preservation of peace and maintaining public order in Rachakonda and detained him in Central Prison, Cherlapally.(Maxim News)
