Hyderabad, Dec 27 (Maxim News): A.P. congress in-charge Manikyam Thakur told that Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and AICC President Mallikarjuna Kharge will take a decision on the issue of YSR Telangana Party President Y.S. Sharmila Reddy joining the Congress party.
