Hyderabad, June.6: The sleuths of Commissioner’s Task Force, Hyderabad City have simultaneously conducted raids on various Dairy Farms and adulteration of food manufacturing units along with local police and seized 48 Oxytocin injections, 16-Syringes, Adulterated Ginger & Garlic paste whg. about 15.60 quintals, Adulterated Honey mixed dry fruits 60-bottles, 96-bottles of packaged water, and 30-Kgs of Sompu and 2 colour boxes, etc., at the instance of accused persons of concerned units.
The accused persons are: Gaddam Nagaraju R/o Moosarambagh, Malakpet; Gaddam Krishna R/o Moosarambagh, Malakpet; Sabbi Mahesh R/o Indira nagar, Moosarambagh, Malakpet, Mohd.Yousuf @ Junglee Yousuf, R/o Mallepally, M.Yadaiah R/o MCH Colony, Jiyaguda, Obed bin Hussain R/o Mangalhat, D.Brahmaji R/o Mangalhat, Khaja Saleemuddin R/o Asif Nagar, Mitlesh R/o Asif Nagar, B.Vinod Yadav R/o Karwan, Wasim Khan R/o Golconda, Amir Hussain R/o Golconda, Mahamood R/o Golconda, Shaik Ahmed R/o Golconda, Mirza Shoeb Baig R/o Jahanuma, Mohd Ahmed Khan R/o Chaderghat, (M/s Royal Traders, Mehboob Mansion, Chaderghat, Mohd Faizal, R/o Farooq Nagar (5-Star Traders), Mohd Jabbar R/o Teegalakunta (Omer & Son), Mohd Nayeemuddihn R/o Edibazar (Sanjeevni Honey Mixed and Dry Fruits), and Salam Bin Nasar ul Naqeeb R/o Chandrayangutta. (Kenvey and Royal Mineral water bottles manufacturing Unit).
Task force teams have conducted raids at 15-Dairy Farms in Mangalhat, Asifnagar, Tappachabutra, Kulsumpura, Golconda, Malakpet and Shahalibanda limits and apprehended 15-persons who run dairy farms and indulging in giving Oxytocin injections to the buffaloes for enhancing milk production which endangers the health of the consumers/public.
The above raids and seizures were made under the supervision of V. Sathyanarayana, Dy. Commissioner of Police, South Zone, Hyderabad, B. Limba Reddy, Dy. Commissioner of Police, Commissioner’s Task Force, and by S. Mohan Kumar, Inspector of Police, East Zone, L.Raja Venkat Reddy, Inspector of Police, West Zone, K.Madhu Mohan Reddy, Inspector of Police, South Zone, and S.I’s along with the staff.
