Hyderabad: Goshamahal MLA T. Raja Singh created a buzz in the Assembly premises after visiting the BJP Legislative Party office and interacting with party MLAs. The MLA spent some time in the chamber and spoke with BJP leaders, including Legislative Party Leader Yelleti Maheshwar Reddy.
During the interaction, Raja Singh once again discussed party decisions and policies with BJP legislators. When asked about joining the BJP Legislative Party, he responded in a light tone. The MLA said, “Old houses, old friends.. I will go anytime, I will come anytime.” However, he also clarified that he has not yet decided which party he will join.
Meanwhile, Raja Singh addressed reports circulating on some channels that he was trying to bring BJP leaders into another party. The MLA dismissed the speculation. He said the truth would become clear in the future about who was trying to influence whom.
Raja Singh also said that he is currently moving freely across the state. According to him, he is taking the programs of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Minister Amit Shah, and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath to the people. He added that he is continuing the same activities that he mentioned at the time of his resignation and plans to carry them forward in the future as well.
Meanwhile, an interesting moment unfolded in the Assembly lobby. In the morning, Raja Singh entered the BJP chamber. At the same time, BRS Working President K. T. Rama Rao noticed him while passing by. KTR had a lighthearted exchange with the MLA.
“How can a suspended person go inside the BJPLP? Come out,” KTR said jokingly. Soon after, BJP MLA Payal Shankar invited KTR in a friendly tone, saying, “You should also come into the BJP chamber.”
The brief conversation drew attention in the Assembly corridors. The development added an interesting political moment to the day’s proceedings and triggered discussion among legislators present in the lobby.
