Rakhi Celebrations at Pragathi Bhavan

Hyderabad, August 22: Rakhi festival was celebrated with fervour at Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao‘s camp office on Sunday. CM KCR’s sisters Lakshamamma, Jayamma and Lalithamma, have tied Rakhi to their brother and took blessings from him.

Alekhya, daughter of Industries Minister K T Rama Rao, also tied Rakhi to her brother Himanshu. The Chief Minister’s wife Shobamma, Rama Rao along with his wife Shailima, MP J Santosh Kumar and others also participated in the celebrations. Santosh Kumar’s sister Sowmya also tied rakhi to Rama Rao, Santosh Kumar and Prashanth Sagi on the occasion.

Meanwhile, Rama Rao celebrated Raksha Bandhan with the women leaders of the TRS at Pragathi Bhavan. Minister Satyavathi Rathod, Government Whip Gongidi Sunitha Mahender Reddy, GHMC Mayor Gadwal Vijayalaxmi, GWMC Mayor Gundu Sudharani, Warangal ZP Chairperson Gandra Jyothi, women corporators and other leaders, tied Rakhi to the Minister.
