Rape case booked against Maredpally Inspector
Hyderabad, July 9 (Maxim News): A rape and kidnap case was booked against Maredpally police inspector Nageswara Rao at the Vanasthalipuram police station.
The case was registered following a complaint lodged by the victim. In her complaint, she alleged that Inspector had raped her after kidnapping and attacked her husband.
The victims escaped from the car in which she was being taken to Ibrahimpatnam by the inspector.
Later, the victim along with her husband approached the Vanasthalipuram police station and lodged the complaint. The police booked criminal case against the inspector under sections 452, 376(2), 307, 448 and 365 of IPC and section 30 of the arms Act. (Maxim News)
