Rats Bite Students at Karimnagar Gurukul; Parents Outraged

Karimnagar/Hyderabad, Aug 23 (Maxim News): A terrible incident took place in Karimnagar District. Rats bit the students of KGBV in Kesavapatnam in Shankarapatnam Mandal. On the night of August 22, 9 students were bitten by rats while they were sleeping. The students were immediately taken to the local primary health center for treatment.

Parents of the students are expressing anger over this incident. They say that the children are left without protection. They are demanding that the authorities take action to protect the students.

The government, which has already been alerted by the deaths of students in several BC welfare schools across the state, has expressed its anger over the provision of basic facilities and the raising of educational standards in government schoolsDistrict collectors have been ordered to visit schools twice a week. However, there is criticism of the negligence of the authorities in some places.
