Relief to Student Accused in Class 10 Hindi Exam Paper Leak Issue

Hyderabad, April 8 (Maxim News): A student accused in Class 10 Hindi exam paper leakage case got relief. The Telangana High Court has allowed the 10th class exams to be held from april 10. In this case, the authorities debarred the student on April 6 on the allegation of paper leakage. Expressing grief over this, he said that while he was writing the exam, a man put his hand through the window and snatched his paper.

In this context, on april 4, the student’s father filed a house motion in the High Court on the case of class 10 Hindi paper leakage in Kamalapur, Warangal district. In this petition, it is stated that permission should be given to his son to take the Tenth exams. He said that while he was writing the Hindi exam, someone forcibly took his son’s paper. The father expressed his grief that his son’s name was not mentioned in the FIR filed in Kamalapur. However, the officials said that they did not let them write any exam again after Hindi.

He said in the petition that his son has been sacrificed to politics and permission for the rest of the examinations should be given. After hearing the arguments, the High Court allowed the student to write the rest of the exams. (Maxim News)
