Revanth accuses Modi, KCR of neglecting Telangana development
Hyderabad, July 27 (Maxim News): TPCC chief A. Revanth Reddy today slammed Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao alleging that the two leaders had ignored development of Telangana State. He alleged that the Central government had not extended any kind of financial assistance to the Telangana State after the floods although it extended financial support to Prime Minister’s native State Gujarat. He alleged that the Union government was showing discrimination towards the Telangana State. He claimed that the Central government had not given appointment to them on the issue of the problems related to the State.
Referring to the issue of the party MLA Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy, he said they would discuss the issue in the party internally and added that the party high command would take a final decision on the issue. The issue of Rajagopal Reddy had become a hot topic in the State following his announcement that he would quit the Congress party as soon as possible. (Maxim News)
