Revanth Assured Full Support And Cooperation To Industrialists

Hyderabad, Dec. 26 (Maxim News): Chief Minister Revanth Reddy said that the newly formed state government has the responsibility to safeguard the aspirations of the people. The government adopted a friendly approach with all communities. On the same lines, the government will also extend full support and cooperation to industrialists. He said that required infrastructure will be provided to promote industrial development besides granting permissions liberally.

Revanth Reddy told the Foxconn delegation who met today at Secretariat, said that all necessary steps will be taken to promote Telangana as the leader in Industrial development in the country.  State government will expedite the development of the Electronics industry in Telangana. Required support for the operations of Foxconn Manufacturing Center at Kongara Kalan and also extend all necessary support to upcoming projects which are being undertaken by the Foxconn company.

Foxconn Group entered an agreement with Telangana Government in March 2023, Foxconnis manufacturing Apple iPhones, Foxconn big customers are Google, Xiaomi, amazon, Hewlett Packard, HUAWEI, Alibaba Group, CISCO, Dell, Facebook, Nintendo, sony, Microsoft, SEGA, Noida. 

Foxconnis operates from 24 countries which includes China, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, America, Europe and India.  The company is operating in Sri City (Andhra Pradesh), Sriperumbudur (Tamil Nadu)  Telangana (Kongarakalan) and Karnataka (near Bangalore).  Foxconn signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Telangana government assuring to create one lakh jobs by setting up electronics manufacturing units.  In the first phase, the company will provide 25,000 jobs in the next two years.
