Revanth blackmailing, no truth in his charges: Malla Reddy
Hyderabad, Aug. 28 (Maxim News): Labour Minister Ch Malla Reddy today alleged that TPCC President and MP Revanth Reddy has been trying to blackmail him since his stint as an MP in Telugu Desam.
The Minister denied allegations made by Revanth that he grabbed lands with fake documents with regard to his colleges and institutions. There is no truth in such charges as I got all permissions and registered as per norms to my colleges and institutions, he reiterated.
The Minister hit out at the TPCC President and MP Revanth Reddy for showing false documents.
Addressing a press conference the Minister accused the congress chief of trying to malign his image when he was Malkjgiri MP. As the TD Chief denied him an MP ticket and gave it to me, Revanth Reddy tried to target him. ‘I brought it to Chandrababu notice on this and he failed to stop targeting me, he deplored. As the MP of Malkajgiri I took up works worth Rs 200 crore in the parliamentary segment.
Even now after becoming Malkajgiri MP, Revanth Reddy is not stopping making false charges, the minister said. I am not afraid of his comments as my institutions or hospital and assets are registered as per norms, he claimed.
There is no truth in Revanth charges that some violations took place with regard to my Colleges, and institutions which are properly recognized as per norms. He slammed Revanth Reddy for trying to malign his image by showing false or fake documents. There is no violation on my part as my lands, buildings and colleges are registered as per norms. I began a medical college in 2012 and a women college for girls. There are about 7000 students staying in our hostels with modern facilities attached to the colleges, he said.
Just by showing some false documents the TPCC Chief is trying to blame, he charged. He said that even the Centre clarified that there are no irregularities when Revanth raised the issue in parliament. The congress leader will face public ire and the TRS if failed to stop making false charges on the government and the ministers, he warned. (Maxim News)
