Revanth Meets Sonia, Discusses On KCR Misrule

Hyderabad, Sept.3 (Maxim News): Congress MP from Malkajgiri A. Revanth Reddy, accompanied by his family members, on Tuesday, called on Congress president Sonia Gandhi and discussed about party affairs in Telangana State.

Addressing mediapersons in Delhi, Revanth Reddy alleged that the State government was trying to take credit by doing paid publicity at Newyork square about Kaleswaram lift irrigation project. Stating that the Chief Secretary has talked about the status of different departments in the State, he said the departments held by the Chief Minister and his son came last in the list. He alleged that the cabinet ministers are namesake and they failed to discharge their responsibilities. He also alleged that the State government had taken the State into a crisis by taking loans.

He demanded that the State government stop giving false statements in the media. He also said the KCR government was not appointing an ERC. He said his party would undertake a detailed action plan to launch fight against the State government on the issue. He alleged that the Telangana State had been damaged in the hands of KCR and welfare programs did not reach beneficiaries. (Maxim News)
