Hyderabad, Feb.9 (Maxim News): Congress Party MP A. Revanth Reddy today appeared before ACB special court in the sensational cash for vote scam.
He sought one week time from the court to file a revision petition before the high court of the state on the verdict of the ACB court that issue of lack of jurisdiction of the special court to try his case.
He also urged the court to stop the process of framing of charges by one week.
Responding to this, the Court adjourned the case till February 16 of this month while making it clear to all accused in the case that it has the duty of deposing off the case at the earliest as per the orders of Supreme Court of India. (Maxim News)
