Hyderabad, March.5 (Maxim News): Congress MP A Revanth Reddy and his brother Kondal Reddy petitioned to High Court alleging that the State government was trying to illegally take away their land located in Gopannapally village under Sherilingampally mandal. They also submitted to the court that they had registered the lands on their names in the year 2005.
In their petition, they told the HC that the State government had not issued any notice to them and was trying to grab their land illegally. They urged the HC to issue orders to not take away their properties.
Responding to the petition, the HC told the counsel for the petitioners that it would look into the issue. It asked the authorities to take appropriate action as per law till the disposal of the case. It later adjourned the case to Friday. (Maxim News)
