Revanth seeks TJS support in Malkajgiri

Hyderabad, March 18 (Maxim News): TPCC working president and party candidate from Malkajgiri Lok Sabha seat A. Revanth Reddy today called on Telangana Jana Samithi (TJS) president Prof. M Kodandaram and sought his party’s support for his candidature in the upcoming elections.

Revanth Reddy held an hour-long meeting with the TJS president at the latter’s residence in the city. Prof. Kodandaram reacted positively but added that they would declare their decision after holding a meeting of party leaders. Revanth Reddy termed the Malkajgiri parliamentary constituency as a mini-India and added that he would fight on all issues and problems of the constituency. He
said he needed the support of Kodandaram to win in the constituency.

Commenting on the statement of Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao that he would soon set up a national political party, Revanth wondered whether the Chief Minister would float his national party after the ensuing elections. Noting that KCR has claimed he would rule Delhi if he got 16 MP seats, he asked the CM to talk about his achievements during the last five years with his 15 party MPs. (Maxim News)
