Revanth Writes To Railway Minister On Pending Projects
Hyderabad, Sept.26 (Maxim News): Congress MP A. Revanth Reddy on Thursday wrote a letter to Railway Minister Piyush Goyal and urged him to complete all the pending railway projects in the State in general and his constituency in particular. He also urged the Minister to approve some new development proposals needed for the State.
He brought a total of 21 issues pertaining to the state to the notice of the union minister in his letter. Citing that no progress has so far been made on the construction of a railway coach factory as per AP State Reorganisation Act, he urged the Railway Minister to set up coach factory at Khazipet. He also urged Piyush to take steps for the establishment of green field railway line between Krishna and Maktal via Kodangal while noting that the State government has already decided to fund the project.
