Rich Tributes Paid To Surjit Singh Barnala
Hyderabad, Jan 16 (Maxim News): Governor of Telugu States ESL Narasimhan on Monday paid rich tributes to Surjit Singh Barnala, former Governor of united Andhra Pradesh, who passed away on January 1. At a programme held at the Raj Bhavan.
Narasimhan recalled his association with Barnala. The Governor lauded Barnala’s contribution in upholding the democratic principles and values and said that Barnala will always be remembered for his services as Governor in the united Andhra Pradesh during 2003-04.
The Governor said that the nation has lost a great administrator and a wonderful human being. The Governor, along with his Advisers, the Principal Secretary, the officers of the Governor’s Secretariat and other staff members of Raj Bhavan observed a two-minutes silence in memory of late S.S.
