Speaking on the issue, he recalled that Assistant Executive Engineer (AEE) Ravikanth had earlier reported unusual sounds at the Medigadda barrage, following which a complaint was lodged at Mahadevapura police station on October 21, 2023, at 6:30 PM.

Praveen Kumar pointed out that an FIR was registered based on the AEE’s complaint regarding possible involvement of anti-social elements. However, he alleged that there has been no progress in the investigation so far.
