Hyderabad: A businessman Madhusudhan Reddy was allegedly kidnapped and murdered at Sangareddy by a group of people over financial issues.
According to police sources, four persons known to him had a dispute of Rs 40 lakh. As the pressure to resolve the issue and pay the amount mounted on them the four persons allegedly took Madhusudhan to Sangareddy and killed him.
They dumped the body there and returned. As the businessman did not come home the family members approached the police and made a complaint on Thursday. A case was registered and on suspicion one person was picked up. On questioning the murder came to light.
The police formed special teams to nab the remaining persons.
The victim is reportedly involved in a NDPS case in Tenali in Andhra Pradesh, police sources said.
