SC Seeks Details Of Vacant Teacher Posts In Two Telugu States In Three Days

Hyderabad, July 26 (Maxim News): Supreme Court today directed the two Telugu States to furnish details of vacancies of teachers in government schools in three days.

On a petition, the apex court asked the chief secretaries of the two States to appear before it if they cannot submit the details of vacancies in the schools in three days. The court said Telangana and Andhra Pradesh should give details of vacancies, basic facilities in the schools.

The court had already sought such details from the two States, which sought adjournment of the case due to elections. Now that the polls are over, the court directed the two Telugu States to provide details in this regard.(Maxim News)
