Section 144 Imposed In Chilkur Till July 30 

Moinabad/Hyderabad, July 27 (Maxim News): Section 144 is ongoing in Chilkur of Moinabad mandal of Ranga Reddy district.

A non-resident Indian owns a plot of land in survey No. 134 under Chilkur revenue. Next to it in another survey number 133, there is an ancient site and a building belonging to the Wakf Board.

However, it is known that two groups are concerned about the removal of a structure in a place belonging to one group. Cyberabad police have taken strict measures to avoid religious disputes.

Rajendranagar DCP Chintamaneni Srinivas said that measures will be taken to please both communities and prevent anyone from coming there.

Barricades were set up to prevent them from going to the Wakf Board site. Barricades were set up at Himayatnagar Square and Chilkur Balaji Temple. Police vigil continues at the ancient building. Devotees coming to Balaji temple are also allowed to visit only after asking for details.

Moinabad CI Pawan Kumar Reddy said that section 144 will be in force till the 30th of this month. As it was Friday, a group of people after offering their prayers made tight security arrangements to prevent any incidents from happening. (Maxim News)
