Sharmila Complains To National Women’s Commission Against BRS Leaders
Delhi/Hyderabad, Mar 15 (Maxim News) : YSRTP Chief Y.S Sharmila met the National Commission for Women today and filed a complaint against the BRS leaders to the Commission.
The obscene videos were placed before the Women’s Commission, she said that BRS party leaders do not respect women. She brought to the notice of commission how she had been attacked by the BRS leaders when she was doing padyatra on public issues. She said that BRS leaders are threatening us by saying that they will see how she goes out in public, she said that there is no respect and protection for the women in Telangana.
Chief Minister Chandrasekhar Rao’s son and Minister K. Tarak Rama Rao says that women should perform Vratas (fasting) . Women are equal to a sister-in-law (Saali) to the Minister. She complained to the Women’s Commission saying that if public problems are pointed out, they criticize them personally as shikhandi.
Chairpersons of the National Women Commission Rekha Sharma responded positively to the complaint given by Sharmila and assured that action will be taken against those who used vulgar language. (Maxim News)
