Shashidhar Reddy To Manickam Tagore Notice

Shashidhar Reddy | Hyderabad, Dec 29 (Maxim News) Senior BJP leader and former minister, Marri Shashidhar Reddy has replied to the Advocate notice issued on behalf of AICC in charge Manickam Tagore, MP.

Replying to the first query, Shashidhar Reddy said that Manickam Tagore AICC General Secretary is wrong and misleading and such a claim must be withdrawn. On the 2nd question, that he (Shashidhar Reddy) has been expelled, he said expulsion from the Congress by the State Disciplinary Committee, lacked jurisdiction and power as per provision of the Congress Constitution. Since he was an AICC member, he was not expelled, He said that he had resigned.

With regard to the third query, Shashidhar Reddy said that even after reading the legal notice several times, he could not understand which portion of my statement is insinuation and defamatory. He pointed out that Komatireddy Venkat Reddy, a Congress member of Lok Sabha had made a statement several months back regarding the culture of the Congress party, he attached the video and photos.

Shashi Reddy, not denied by any of the three persons, whom you have mentioned in your notice, and none of the three persons named in your notice have issued a notice to the said MP, who is a member of the Congress party even today, he pointed out.

With regard to the alleged reference to monetary dealings to appoint Revanth Reddy as TPCC President, neither KC Venugopal nor Revanth Reddy has denied it. Shashidhar Reddy said that you do not have instructions or authorisation to address their grievance.

Shashidhar Reddy has questioned and said that he is unable to comprehend from the text and tenor of your notice as to who is your client Manickam Tagore, KC Venugopal, or Revanth Reddy? Or others? kindly clarify in this regard so as to enable me to give a proper reply.

Finally, Shashidhar Reddy requested that the notice should be withdrawn, it is textually and contextually incorrect and not denied by the persons named, and added that he reserves his right to give an elaborate reply in the event of your giving explanations to his queries stated. (Maxim News)
