Shock For Haleem Lovers During Ramadan: Restaurants Hike Prices Drastically

Hyderabad, Feb 27 (Maxim News):  The month of Ramadan is approaching. Muslims are preparing to start fasting (Roja) in this holy month. As much as Muslims wait for Ramadan, Haleem lovers also wait for it.  The reason for this is the Ramadan special Haleem. There are many fans of Haleem, regardless of whether they are Hindu, Muslim, or Christian.

However, restaurants are giving a shock to Haleem lovers during Ramadan, Hyderabad restaurants have increased the prices of Haleem heavily. Restaurants have increased the price of Haleem by 10 percent to 20 percent. Haleem, which is currently Rs. 280, has apparently increased from Rs. 30 to Rs. 50.

Here is the reason:

Restaurant owners say that the increase in the prices of mutton and spices is the reason for the increase in the prices of haleem. The prices of spices have increased by 25 percent this year compared to last year.  Restaurant owners say that the prices of haleem had to be increased since the prices of mutton are also higher than last year. In some restaurants, the price of haleem is Rs. 280, while in others it is Rs. 340.  (Maxim News)
