Shock To BRS: Jadcherla Municipal Chairman Joins Congress
Hyderabad, July 18 (Maxim News): BRS, which is already reeling from a series of setbacks, has received another political blow. Koneti Pushpalatha, the Chairman of BRS Jadcherla Municipal Council in Mahabubnagar district, has joined the Congress. She took the oath of office in the presence of Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and Jadcherla MLA Anirudh Reddy.
Along with her, councilors Chava Nagaraju Lalitha (BJP) and Gunda Umadevi (BRS) also joined the Congress.
Speaking on the occasion, Revanth Reddy expressed hope that the Congress will achieve a resounding victory in the upcoming local body elections. (Maxim News)
